I was doing door knocking this evening.  The weahter in Burlington wasn't that bad, but it got colder after awhile.  I met about a dozen home owners and got one pospect.  Houses in Burlington are selling quickly these day.  My buyer got beat by competition for the third times this month, but they haven't giving up yet.
