The overall 12-month average sale price is up by 4.9%.

Fonthill/Pelham had the highest increase in average price at 9.6% over the previous year. Only West Lincoln indicated a negative -2.8%. The number of units sold was up in all districts. The highest increases in sales were Port Colborne/Wainfleet at +14%, Welland at +12%, Thorold at +11% and Fort Erie at +10%.
