Year-to-date average prices are up in all areas but Port Colborne, There the average price year-to-date is down by -4%; yet the 12-month average (not shown) is positive by about +2%. Both Thorold and Niagara-on-the-Lake show YTD averages of +10% yet its 12-mo. average indicates +6%. The St. Catharines 12-month average is +3% vs. +5% above.
