Hallelujah! All average prices are up and positive in all areas of the Niagara Region. On the low end are, Port Colborne/Wainfleet, up +2.7% and Fort Erie, up +5%. On the high end, Niagara Falls is up +11.2% and Welland at +10.1%.  

The two cities with the highest number of sales are Niagara-on-the-Lake and Thorold, both with increases of +23%. Trailing close behind are West Lincoln at +21% and Niagara Falls at +20%. The lowest increases in sales are Welland at +8% and Lincoln at +9%. All are in positive numbers.
