Year-to-Date decreases in average price are indicated in Fort Erie (-.5%), Niagara-on-the-Lake (-1.9%) and Port Colborne/Wainfleet (-3.6%). Sales are up in Fort Erie and NOL.

Increases range from as low as .5% in Welland to as high as 14% in West Lincoln.
