We have had the pleasure of working with Todd Fryer for two months now and we are consistently impressed with his attention to detail and client service. He has worked with us through a complex conditional offer involving variances needing to be filed and approved by a Municipal Council. Throughout this complicated process, we have been informed, assisted and supported by Todd at all times. We are all moved in and the place is starting to come together nicely. I am surprised by the difference it has made for everyone (I knew the last place was bad, but didn't realize what it was doing to everyone) Samantha now sleeps a lot better, the dog is better behaved, Jamie returns home happy after work and best of all Hunter has been truly happy in a way I haven't seen him be in years, and he loves his new school and is already bring home better marks.
