TORONTO HOUSE PRICES UP 9 PERCENT IN OCTOBER

Toronto house prices climbed up almost 9 percent in October over last year and are expected to stay on the rise throughout the rest of this year and into 2015.  Detached homes continue to lead the way with sales up almost 10 percent and prices that are hovering around the $1Million mark on average.  The Condo sector continues to see strong demand, prices are up 2.5 percent and sales are up 6.8 percent.  To read the TREB report in detail, please click the link below:
