This hint relates to the bathroom:

Make sure the bathrooms are sparkling clean!!!!

Remove any wall to wall carpeting. No Buyer is going to want someone elses carpet, it is very unhygienic.

If you have an outdated sink, toliet and tub, paint the walls white and accent the room with accessories to match the outdated colour. Some good accessories woud be candles, towels and floor mats. The trick here is to take the buyers eye off the outdate colour and focus on the space of the room.

Make sure all the tolietries are out of sight. Show the bathroom as clean and spac like as you can.

ALWAYS LEAVE THE TOLIET SEAT DOWN!!!!!
