The sales this month have been steady with some lower priced homes witnessing multiple offers. In the mid $200's, there is a low supply of homes to view, this is making it difficult for some buyers who want to buy now to take advantage of the still low mortgage rates and an upcoming price increase for new homes.
The upper end price range is still seeing demand and is holding very well. Inventory of homes in all price ranges should pick up in the new year, if it does not, we will see further price increases and even more bidding wars. Call me anytime to assist you in either buying or selling.
