Professional Background

Wow! Has Real Estate ever changed since I began working with the Century 21 team in 1994. The internet and social media has made our profession both faster paced and more transparent. Buyers and Sellers are demanding more information faster and we are glad to provide it.

In 2013 we evolved into the Tracey Anderson Team and expanded our team to include two other agents. As a team we continue to bring you the same level of experience and enthusiasm with broader knowledge of the market today and how to best meet our client's needs.

As a mother of three and a Military spouse for more than 25 years, I bring specialized expertise to your table every time we meet. I understand the stresses of balancing family and financial needs. We have developed 'success strategies' to reduce that stress and help you feel confident that your choices are the best suited for your family's needs.

As investors, we diligently seek strategic purchases for both short and long term investment. Building an intelligent portfolio requires patience, skill and courage. We are exited to counsel first-time investors through the obstacle course to success as well as to provide an unbiased opinion for our more seasoned investors.

Relocations are the cornerstone of our business-locally, nationally and internationally. No matter where your next move takes you, we will know a Real Estate Professional in that location who can serve your needs as well as we would.

For both of us, community, family and service guide our business and personal lives. Trust us to serve your needs as if they were our own.

Let's Send Kids to Camp

I am a strong believer in this great cause. You can make a difference by donating generously. Together, with your support, I can reach my fundraising goal.

In 2016 thanks to your help I raised over $2,100 for the Kids to Camp Program

One of every 7 Canadians report having a disability.
Statistics Canada, Participation and Activity Limitation Survey, 2006

Easter Seals is dedicated to fully enhancing the quality of life, self-esteem and self-determination of Canadians with disabilities.

As Canada’s largest local provider of programs, services, issues-leadership and development for the disability community, Easter Seals is dedicated to helping more than 100,000 Canadians with disabilities participate fully in society.

Easter Seals provincial organizations offer transformative programs and services at the local level, the best known of which are Easter Seals camp programs.

Every year thousands of children challenge themselves while having the time of their lives at 15 Easter Seals camps nationwide.

Other services include year-round active living opportunities, as well as the provision of specialized mobility and access equipment such as mobility aids, assistive technology, adaptive computers, augmentative communication devices and adaptations to homes and vehicles for wheelchair accessibility.

Normally these assistive aids are cost prohibitive for most people and families. With help from its donors and sponsors, Easter Seals works to ensure that everyone with a disability has access to the equipment and services they need to make the most of their abilities.
