If you're anything like me, then you enjoy a good deal almost as much as you enjoy holding on to your money in the first place. We are Winnipeggers after all.
Just a couple quick tips to "freshen up" your home when you're ready to sell.
1) Landscaping-- The buyer's first impression is going to be of your curb appeal! Make it a good one. Some fragrant herbs and flowers by the door, a clean cut yard, and trimmed trees are good starts.
2) This little light of mine-- Natural light! Let it shine through where possible. It gives your home a cheery appearance!
3) Spruce up the All-purpose room-- Fresh caulking in the bathroom, maybe a nice new mirror, some candles... just a few accents to make it look beautiful. After all, we do spend a lot of time in there!
4) Be patient!-- Your realtor will keep you informed of all goings on, and do everything in our power to sell your house quickly and efficiently!
Especially with The Tracey Anderson Team, you're in good hands!
