I have been a REALTOR® in the sunny Okanagan for over 10 years. My team, The Welcome Home Team is ranked as the #12 most accomplished Century 21 team in all of Canada! In my time as a REALTOR® I have presided over hundreds of real estate transactions amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars for my sellers. I have worked for sellers and buyers alike and helped to purchase & sell everything from the smallest little condo to the largest lakeshore estate. I have the skill and knowledge to see you through whichever sort of real estate transaction you may find yourself in.

I pride myself on not only my skill and knowledge within my industry but also providing the service expected of me from my clients. I work very hard to do more then anyone else out there. I make sure I am available to my clients nearly all the time...I have to sleep sometimes;-) I know it takes a lot of trust to choose and work with a REALTOR®, particularly one you may not have met. I can say without hesitation that I will be working with your best interests in mind. Whether you are a buyer or a seller I am on your side...the better I do for you the happier you will be with me and the greater the chance we will do business again in the future. I do not take my job lightly and I work hard to make the experience as fun and stress free as possible for everyone. First impressions are very important in real estate. I have compiled a brief video of properties I have sold over the years which were originally listed by other Realtors...maybe their bad photos were the reason they could not sell the listing. As a seller you need to take a moment or two to review what your agent is doing to market your property. These pictures all came off of the MLS and were the pictures used to show prospective buyers what the home had to offer...I had a very hard time keeping this video short as there is NO shortage of bad pictures out there!
