When you get an 'offer' through OKHomesellers you must realize that unless the offer is in writing it is not an offer...I hear every day that someone 'said' they were going to 'buy my house' 'call me tomorrow' 'come for another look' 'buy my house in a month when they get some money for (this or that)' ...honestly what do you expect them to say about your home? I would like to take a moment to say "if you are not having many showings you are not alone."
