OKHomesellers - frustrating sellers
When you get an 'offer' through OKHomesellers you must realize that unless the offer is in writing it is not an offer...I hear every day that someone 'said' they were going to 'buy my house' 'call me tomorrow' 'come for another look' 'buy my house in a month when they get some money for (this or that)' ...honestly what do you expect them to say about your home? 'I hate it' 'this home will never work' 'your out of your mind with your price'
The truth is that OKHomesellers often makes sellers feel like they are going to sell their home only to leave them disappointed and confused regarding price...I have been to numerous listing presentations where I hear "why would I even consider listing my home for 549k (the market price) when just 2 months ago someone offered to give me 799k!" The truth is that if it was worth 700k the person would have bought it...frustrating
