- I am in the top five most productive agents in my office. I have over six years of real estate experience...you are dealing with a seasoned and knowledgeable agent.
- I will give you an accurate Market Evaluation. This will help you decide the price point at which your home should be advertised in order to capture the most attention from prospective buyers.
- At my expense I will have all your advertising materials designed by a professional Graphic Designer.
- You will have the opportunity to enroll your home in my ‘Staging’ program. It has been proven time and again that professionally staged homes garner more attention and sell faster than homes which are vacant or sparsely furnished. (I MAY EVEN COVER THE COST OF STAGING!)*
- You can expect regular updates on your home’s marketing activity, even if there have been no showings...this way you know I am still on the job and have not vanished.
- You will have the opportunity to offer your home with a full one year warranty. This will give the buyers peace of mind that your home will pose no issues for them after their purchase.* (exclusive to Century 21 Assurance Realty Ltd.)
- I also use the latest technology available to make sure I am easy to reach and on top of things when it comes to working with the buyers who may be interested in purchasing your home. iPad, iPhone, home and office MAC’s are just some of the tools I use to stay cutting edge.
- I will have a ‘QR’ Code placed on your yard sign. This will allow smart phone users to view your listing over their mobile device on the spot!
- The respected and recognized Century 21 gold sign, prominently placed on your property will alert buyers that your home is for sale and where to find further information.
- I have created my yard signs with visibility in mind. I have accomplished this by having the signs printed on reflective material and by using large fonts and graphics. I also use sign toppers and danglers as well which alert the features of your home to passersby.
- I will create a Street Text sign for your property and place it prominently on your yard sign. This will allow passersby to get all the info on your property on their phone simply by texting a Street Text code. This will hopefully entice them into making a call to set up a viewing appointment.
- I will create and upload a videoshowing off the features of your home onto YouTube. This video will then be linked to Facebook, my website, your property’s website, and many other places online.
- I will hold an open house (if you see value in them) which will allow prospective purchasers the opportunity to view your home in a stress free manner. I will be available at each open house both to answer questions and to emphasize all the positive aspects of your home.
- I will list your home on the REALTOR® MLS Tour. This will give other REALTORS® the opportunity to view your home first hand so they can better describe what your home has to offer to their clients who are in the market for a home like yours.
- I will have high quality brochures professionally created and on display at your property allowing viewing buyers a takeaway reminder of the features they liked about your home.
- I will include your home in my virtual office tour allowing my colleagues the opportunity to see pictures and details. This is a real asset as it allows us to answer questions and to really sell your home to other REALTORS® and access their field of qualified buyers.
- I will send info regarding your listing to my whole sphere of influence (prospective buyers, investors, past clients, etc.) letting them know why they may want to look into buying your property.
- According to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) over 85% of home sales take place due directly to the contacts and relationships a REALTOR® has built over the length of their career. Let’s not forget that you would have two agents doing this!
- I will execute strategic advertising by sending media, advertising your home, to Century 21 real estate offices across Canada.
- I will keep detailed records of who saw your home and when. This will allow me to contact anyone who has taken interest in your property when I have an offer coming. In many cases this contact can initiate a multiple offer situation. I know what multiple offers mean right? MORE MONEY FOR YOU!!!
- I will cover the cost of all printed materials and make certain that everyone possible knows whenever I have a major change to the listing (price adjustment, renovation, upgrade, etc.).
- I will provide a complimentary moving truck to assist you in moving out of your old house and into your new home. The truck will also be offered to any buyer who purchases through my office. This may be one more incentive for them to buy your home.
- By listing with me, as a Century 21 agent, you will also have the opportunity to earn Airmiles®. Airmiles® will also be offered to any buyer who purchases through the Century 21 system. This is one more incentive for them to buy your home. No other real estate company in Canada can offer you this. (I will also put your name into a draw to win the annual price of 10,000 Airmiles®)
