Tricia Greer has been my agent for many years. Note I am not a very easy person to deal with. I am demanding and I expect quick no nonsense results. Tricia has always been calm and seems to be able to see the humour in everything.
The first time I met Tricia my condo apartment was up for sale. She previewed it, brought her client to see and it was sold the same day for full asking price....this was in the 90's when it was not a seller's market and I was in a real bind. My second home was a townhome. When I was ready to sell it Tricia had it staged, held an open house and sold it the same day. I then purchased a lovely bungalow in Caledon. Years passed and circumstances changed. I no longer needed such a large home. Once again Tricia to the rescue. I now have a lovely home that suits me at this point in my life. If I get the urge once again I would not hesitate to contact or recommend Tricia to anyone. Thank-you Tricia for putting up with me. Christine K
My husband and I had been looking to move for several years and had been in touch with a few real estate professional. When we were finally in a position to make the move we decided to go with Tricia Greer and are extremely glad we did. Tricia had maintained contact with us over the years and when it came time to look seriously at a move she provided us with exceptional service. We met and were very pleased with the way she truly listened to our particular needs. She sent us a variety of properties to look at that were not just randomly chosen, but were in line with the location, price and type of house we were looking for.
Once we found a property we were seriously interested in things moved really quickly. Tricia gave us a realistic expectation of what we needed to do to make our house ready to view and at a price that would help us to sell in a market that was soft. Our house sold before it actually had it on the market!! And we sold it for slightly more than we likely would have with a different agent.
The house we purchased was the house of our dreams and although the vendor proved a bit contentious Tricia proved to be a great liason between us and them. She provided complete service by providing names of lawyers, movers and house inspectors which we found extremely helpful as we had not purchased a home before. Her knowledge of the industry, our neighbourhoods and other professionals made the entire process far less stressful than it could have been.
Tricia was in touch throughout and after the transaction to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. Our family has been so happy with the effort Tricia expended on our behalf that our daughter and her fiance will likely be the next in our family to benefit from Tricia's expertise. We are extremely happy in our new home and although we don't plan to move anytime soon we will recommend Tricia to anyone who is planning to move.
Many thanks for all your help Tricia. Ken and Dale Peers, 7 Chickadee Crescent, Brampton
After interviewing four different agents, when we recently listed our Brampton home, we selected Tricia Greer to be the listing agent. She came across as very professional, had a comprehensive marketing plan and displayed a thorough knowledge and understanding of the real estate market. We are extremely pleased with the results. The house sold in under four weeks and for 98% of the asking price. A great achievement considering the current market conditions. throughout the process Tricia was supportive, gave logical advice and never pressured us into making a decision. We would highly recommend Tricia to anyone who is considering selling their home and would like to express our sincere "thanks" to Tricia for all her help, hard work and guidance. Rita and Randy Cochrane, 6 Farley Rd.
"Tricia has stayed in touch with me for years so it didn't occur to me to call in anyone else to sell my home. This has been a stressful time for me and I am grateful for your sound, friendly advice, no pressure tactics and general hand holding. I would definitely refer Tricia to anyone wanting to get their house sold." Hugh Horn, 12 Newbury Cres.
"We just wanted to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation for the work you did to sell our home. We were very impressed with the quality of your work, sound advice and your dedication to selling our home. Indeed we were served by a very professional and competent sales representative who will prove to benefit anyone wanting to have proper representation in the real estate market. We would also like to thank Century 21 Millennium for their services. Thanks again Tricia and keep up your outstanding work." The Briffa Family, 11 McCleave Cres.
"Buying and selling a home is without a doubt the largest transaction we have ever made and we wanted to make sure we could find someone who we could trust and who would best represent what we wanted with respect to the sales and marketing process. Century 21 Millennium delivered in spades. We got the right price and in a quick turnaround which helped us prepare for our upcoming move properly while still balancing the everyday life stuff that has to get done along the way. Trish, thank-you for making this an enjoyable experience for our family. Your knowledge, professionalism and ability to deliver on the desired results make you a solid and dependable Real Estate professional in a market full of people claiming to be as much but with a history of delivering far less." The Hazelwood Family, 10 Foxacre Cres.
"Just a note to say thanks for the excellent service that you gave us in selling our home and finding a new place to live. We must say that having previously used an agent working with a competitor of Century 21 we can honestly say that there was absolutely no comparison to the services provided by you in every way. Some of the things that stood out were your prompt return of our calls, never being late for appointments, no pressure tactics and most importantly, listening and realizing our desires so as not to waste time viewing unlikely prospective homes." Joe & Ruby Nagasuye, 8 Lisa Street
"Allan and I wish to thank you for your dedicated attention during the sale of our home. Having occupied the same home for over 30 years we had no idea how to proceed with the sale. You were very understanding and it was a great relief for us to leave everything on your capable hands." Jean & Allan Henderson, 76 Doncaster Drive
"Thank-you so much Tricia for a job well done.We have known you for so long and remember all those Christmas visits and when you sold us this house 10 years ago. We so much appreciate your professionalism and persistence. We love our new home and look forward to having you visit us there." Wayne and Pat Bassett, 34 Basildon Cres.
"Tricia's honesty and professional attitude was a pleasure. We always knew she would tell us the truth and not just what we wanted to hear. She got us top dollar in a week. Now we can make plans to return to England to be with our family for Christmas." Jaswant & Mohinder Bhabra, 44 Rubysilver Drive.
"We knew that the house was going to be difficult to sell with the tenants. Thank-you Trish for achieving the impossible and for looking after everything for us when we lived so far away." T. T. Rajah, 32 Grovetree Place
"Tricia was always prompt when returning calls and made us feel no question was too trivial to ask. She gave us accurate, professional information. Tricia understood our needs as a family with young children and was able to find our new home within the same school district. This was very important to us. We would enlist Tricia's services in future real estate ventures and would recommend her to our family and friends. Our thanks Tricia." Brian & Mary Abdilla, 8 Cox Crescent.
Though I did not grow up in the Brampton area I lived there for 20 years before moving to Caledon 13 years ago. I now live on a hobby farm and in my "spare time" raise thoroughbred horses.
