Your Real Estate Sales Representative

 

So you've decided it's time for you to start looking for a realtor.  You are probably wondering with all the realtors out there, how do you find one that is right for you?  One you can trust to do a job that will meet or preferably exceed your expectations yet, one that you can get along with for as long as it takes to find or sell your home. 

Well, it all starts with an interview.  It might take some time to find the one that suits you but the interview process will give you a chance to hear what they can do for you and for you to decide if you like the first impression being imposed on you is one that you like and can trust.  Your preferred realtor should be able to answer the following questions:

Why you should choose him/her?

Why should you choose the company they represent?

What is this Realtor going to do to ensure you get the maximum price for your home?

What is his/her rate?

What is the value of your home?

They should also have a good idea about what is going on in the market.

Once you've gone through this process you should be more than able to make a good choice about the Realtor you'd like to represent you during the purchase/sale of your home!
