The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
March 25th, 2015
So let's jump right into it - Century 21 Trident Realty has decided to let the world wide web see into our office on a daily basis. We started with this yesterday, and for anyone who read the blog you seen 3 things - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
As an office, we feel that we do not want to and have nothing to hide from our clients, customers and fellow companies in this industry.
So with that being said, stay tuned daily for our updates!
- What a Stunningly BEAUTIFUL day out there today! Sun is shining and its supposed to go up to 4 ABOVE 0!!!! We will take it! Everyone seems to be in an exceptionally good mood today.
- We have a couple new listings to hit the board today - don't forget to check our our listings! CLICK HERE to see our listings!
- Another plus is the Search Engine Optimization that was frustrating us yesterday seems to be pulling together for us and what we wanted it to do, it was done! That doesn't only make our agents happy, it also makes our administration happy! Win - Win!!
- Just had another agent come in and grabbed a handful of sold stickers for her signs! So busy!
Oh - and as a side plus for all those who are starting to stress cause their shovels are broken or they are running out of salt - don't forget to check the industrial places like Acklands Grainger and Schooner Industrial - they may have some stock left! There's still some shovels left in the Canadian Tire in Bedford :)
In todays ever moving (like molasses) market, we are finding that there is a lot of people procrastinating. The spring market is right around the corner! We seen a slight glimpse of it before the last big storm that we had. Now is the time to get that house listed!
April is right around the corner and as the old saying goes: April Showers Bring May Flowers! They are calling for a few flurries on Thursday turning into rain and then rain for Friday. If people do not clean our the storm drains, we could potentially have the same thing as before. Serious flooding! Lets help the city out as much as we can. If you can reach your storm drain, lets clear them out!
Just for Fun!
Anyone see the fireball in the sky last night? Where were you when you seen it?
Our Halifax Web Cam caught it streaking across the harbour last night... pretty neat!
