When listing a home for sale with me I always employ the services of a professional photographer.  Often clients will ask why I don't use my iPhone or just pick up a digital camera and take some 'shots'.  I appreciate that my clients chose to work with me and I want to showcase their home in the best manner possible.  My skill set is in getting the home sold and not in

1. We know that you don't need 400 photos of a home or condo to convey how it looks and feels.  However, you should have at least 21 photos for your property.  Ideally you would like 10 photos of the exterior of your home and 11 or more of the interior. I work with professionals who know just to to assist us in choosing the best ones to showcase your home.

2. It is all about lighting and angles.  I've been successful in selling homes and condominiums to Buyers from out of town, out of Province and even out of the Country as a result of them first viewing my listing on-line. A professional photographer knows how to capture the best lighting and angles to ensure a room shows in its best 'light'.

3. In post production, after the photos are taken, a professional photographer can help in ensuring that the space in the photo is best filled with the key points you want to focus in on.

4. Finally, I work with professionals who know also how to take their photos and create a virtual tour and depending on the property or location I may even include an aerial tour of a property.
