Spring time a great time to get out and purchase a home!!
With Spring just around the corner, this is a great time to purchase real estate. Interest rates remain very low and the inventory on the market gives buyers more choices. All in all, if you are renting, start putting your hard earned dollars into your pocket instead of your landlord's pocket. We just do not know how long these great interest rates are going to last!
