Summer Holidays..

With the kids out of school and summer vacation in full swing the amount of buyers out there has decreased but the number of new listings has increased considerabely. With lots of new listings, the time is rite to buy your first house or to maybe move into something newer or bigger.

Market is Hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the low interest rates, now is a great time to buy your first home or maybe time to get something different.. The rental market in and around Neepawa rite now is extremely hard to find and expensive.. I try to help people get out of renting and purchase a home so atleast down the road what they pay in a mortgage payment they pay build up some equity..

April Showers...

With all of the rain that we have gotten in April and May, it has not dampened the the spirits of any potential buyers in and around the Neepawa area. There are more houses on the market than i can ever remember seeing. With more and more immagrants coming to Neepawa the need for affordable housing is greater than ever. The average afforadable house in need of, are between 125000.00-150000.00!!!  I'm ...

It's a Shame.

My post this month is going to veer away from my normal market reports in and around the Neepawa area of real estate. Is it me or are the Canadian NHL teams just not that good anymore? Is the NHL becomeing a watered down extension of what used to be? With only one Canadian team vying for Lord Stanley is this a sign of the times, that are National game is slowing becoming someone else's game??? Even ...

Things are heating up!!!!!1

The market in and around the Neepawa area  has hit the road running with new people moving to the area and young families on the hunt for affordable housing it looks like it will be another busy year...

Seattle Seahawks.

The market in and around the Neepawa area is as hot as the new Super Bowl Champs the Seattle Seahawks. With spring hopfully rite around the corner the demand for residential housing and small acreages are increasing at a fast pace. Neepawa is slowly starting to move forward with the new 50 unit complex where the old eastveiw lodge was located. If anyone has questions or concerns about the ...

It's a New Year !!!!!!!!!

After a very short Christmas break, It looks like January will come in cold but the market will remain HOT!!! There are a lot of people that are still looking for afforadable housing. Normally November and December are two months that people tend to just hunker in for winter, but to the contrare, this year they were two very busy months. So on behalf of my past and present customers and ...

Winters here!!!!!!!!!!

With the tempetures dip and Christmas on it;s way you would think that the market would also start to dip. But so far that is not the case. The market in and around the Neepawa area has done anything but. With high yields in the farming industry this year I have plenty of farmers looking for good quality land. There are also plenty of people still looking for housing.  So I guess until Christmas ...

House prices begin to soften.

With the snow starting to rear it's ugly head the houseing prices have started to soften in an around the Neepawa area. It looks like people are settling in for their winter hybernation. There are people still looking it;s just getting harder to find them the houses in their price range.
