Senior Housing Needed!!!!!

As a member of the local housing committee it has been a stretch to say that it been figured out that we need at least 50 units for senior housing. The direction of the committee is to put a proposal together for some financial assistance for that type of housing. To be continued!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a strong need for senior assisted living rite now in our communitty. With the new incentives that have recently come out btween 50-60 per unit it could be a great incentive for investors in our town. The housing committee in Neepawa is going to put together a package that will be availble to contractors and investors to look at and decide if our town is one worth of building in....

Spring has finally Sprung

With the tempetures finally starting to heat up so has the market. But as usual their are more people than houses which again leads to a large shortage of affordable housing... With many developers looking to build those affordable housing units becomes the problem with a shortage of land to build on... So if anyone in the Neepawa area has a develop-able piece of property please call me.........

According to a recent housing study done in Neepawa, the town is approximatley 200 units short for seniors. Which would then free up some of the more affordable housing .
