      <title>Senior Housing Needed!!!!!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a member of the local housing committee it has been a stretch to say that it been figured out that we need at least 50 units for senior housing. The direction of the committee is to&amp;nbsp;put a proposal together for some financial assistance for that type of housing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;To be continued!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

With the new incentives that have recently come out btween 50-60 per unit it could be a great incentive for investors in our town. The&amp;nbsp;housing committee in Neepawa is going to put together a package that will be availble to contractors and investors to look at and decide if&amp;nbsp;our town is one worth of building in....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Spring has finally Sprung</title>

But as usual their are more people than houses which &amp;nbsp;again leads to a large shortage of affordable housing... With many developers looking to build those affordable housing units becomes the problem with a shortage of land to build on... So if anyone in the Neepawa area has a develop-able piece of property please call me.........&lt;/p&gt;</description>
