With the condominium lifestyle gaining in popularity, condo development can be found in virtually all newer sections of the city, but the appeal of this residential style has few borders.
Saskatoon's older subdivisions have also seen condominium development becoming part of their landscape as developers integrate this popular lifestyle into established neighbourhoods.
One of the newest developments is near Market Mall. Dover Heights, a four-storey condominium at 102 Armistice Way, features 59 suites, all with balconies.
Especially appealing is its location, close to bus service, parks and all the commercial outlets and amenities of Market Mall. Along with its prime location, the complex offers heated underground parking and security system.
Dover Heights has a range of floor plans with suites ranging from 814 to 1,379 square feet and all units include individual heating and air conditioning. Floor plans are based on one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den suites. Base prices range from $229,900 to $399,900.
