My specialty is finding fix and flips as well as revenue properties. I currently own two revenue properties in the city with a very positive cash flow. I can help you do the same. Professional Background
For the past four years, I have established a successful role in the construction and renovations industry as sole proprietor of Grand Estates Ltd. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent working with CENTURY 21 Fusion in Saskatoon.
My hands-on construction experience began many years ago with bathroom renovations and quickly grew into an interactive consulting, contracting, and Real Estate Consultant role. Today, the resources I have invested in Grand Estates Ltd. employ more than 28 years of combined industry experience.
I take pride in everything I do, and my reputation is branded on every relationship I make and every transaction I complete. While many companies have abandoned the traditional, hard-working values of customer service, I embrace the challenges that come with every project I work on. Client Satisfaction is my main focus.
Personal Background
Growing up, my parents were self-employed, owning and operating a service station in Saskatoon. I am grateful to have grown up with two small business owners as they taught me that customer service is essential in running a successful business.
I was born and raised in Saskatoon and am the youngest of three children, growing up with two older sisters. My family has experienced a lot of loss over the last few years with the passing of both my father and one of my sisters. This has really reminded me of the value and importance of family and they remain an integral part of my life.
Education
I was born and raised in Saskatoon, attending St. Augustine Elementary School and Evan Hardy High School. After completing high school in 2004, I took classes in business administration and business management at both SIAST and the University of Saskatchewan prior to taking my REALTOR® course. I am grateful to have found a career that I am passionate about and I can honestly say I love what I do.
