GAME CAMERAS - The following photos were taken on a listing I have on Clear Lake North of Lakefield. It has 137 acres and 1290 ft of frontage. Whenever I list an acreage property I always walk or ATV the property. I start by getting the Latitude and longitude co-ordinates from the internet. I use my Garmin GPS to locate the boundaries and have actually found stakes marking an unopened road access 1/4 mile long and the property corners. It is amazing how accurate this is. You can't just say to a buyer the acreage is somewhere over there and expect to sell it. While walking through the acreage I noticed a lot of deer tracks which gave me an new marketing idea. Surely these photos will increase the heart rate of many potential buyers. Check them out, they are really interesting.
The first photo shows a 10 point buck walking into view.
The next photo taken on a different day shows the 10 point buck with an 8 point buck in the background eating.
This photo is really cool. It shows the skitish reaction of the 8 point buck in the presence of the 10 point buck. You don't see this type of photo very often.
Next there is a 5 point buck and then 3 does that are scraping the ridgetop for acorns.
I also had a photo of a coyote but it wasn't of a quality worth posting. These would be great photos to add to an MLS listing.
