This first one is a bar graph for 2008 along with the number of units sold by price, units sold, average days and sale to list %.
As you will see, the top 5 price points were as follows:
1. $180,000 - $199,999 = 355 Units
2. $160,000 - $179,999 = 318 Units
3. $200,000 - $219,999 = 271 Units & $220,000 - $239,999 = 271 Units
4. $140,000 - $159,999 = 200 Units

We understand the Real Estate is a cyclical business. This line graph shows the number of units sold between January 1, 2000 through to December 31, 2008.
With an average list of 87 days for Rural properties and 51 in the City of Peterborough and an average of 60 closing, your looking between April and June closing.
