Statistics will show that practically all prospective home buyers who can use a computer will begin their property search on the internet.
That being the case, if you are selling a home, you will need to market the property in a way that will offer maximum exposure to buyers, and there is no way that any form of advertising can expose a property to buyers as well as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS.) ...

We are currently working with several people who are looking for income properties anything from a student rental to something upwards of a 6 plex or more.
As well I know of several other Realtors who are also looking for multi-unit residences for their clients. If you have something like this please let me know and lets see if we can bring some buyers and sellers together.
