Victoria place is an adult lifestyle community located off of County Rd 17 only minutes to Bobcaygeon. The community encompasses approx 215 homes that were built in the 1970’s and 1980’s. The residents are very friendly and community oriented. They all collectively contribute to a neighbourhood watch and often patrol the community. There are many common pieces of property along with the Victoria Place Woodland Association that owns 75 acres of woodland that buffer the community from County Rd 17.
There is also approx a mile of waterfront on the western shore of Pigeon Lake. The waterfront has 2 sand beaches, and 3 inlets for boat docking. The docking can hold vessels up to 26 feet. There is even a yacht club, (boats not required for membership).
There are also lawn bowling facilities, tennis courts, a community pool and a club house where many card games, and other games can be played with other members of the community. If you are looking for a social lifestyle in a tight knit community then this is the place for you.
