Tom Stratton, Owner/Broker

With past experience as a Realtor and a Broker, Tom confidently guides our office to success. After five years as Broker/Owner of a Century 21 in Fort McMurray, Tom’s achievements are commendable with CENTURION awards in 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2006. Tom’s many successful business ventures and his drive and determination will guide him in developing a top producing team. With strong focus and vision, Tom’s knowledge and experience of the industry is extensive and he is reliable resource for all our associates. With Tom at our helm, we opened Century 21 Vantage Realty in 2004, and have achieved many successed, including Office Centurion and many of the REALTORS boast successes at all award levels.

The Office Manager:

Geneva Tetreault, Owner/Associate Broker

With a Business and Management background, Geneva brings focus and drive to the workplace.Starting her real estate career in 2002, Geneva is motivated and determined to achieve the best at all times. Her skills in training, mentoring, coaching, and teaching are exercised daily with the Associates. As Office Manager, Geneva strives to ensure professionalism and service from all our Realtors. She also enjoys working with her clients and finds fulfillment and accomplishment in settling them into the home of their dreams. Not satisfied until those around her are, Geneva works to build a dynamic team of successful Realtors. Always involved and enthusiastic, Geneva feels that we can all continue to learn and evolve for the better when dealing with our Realtors, clients, and in life.

Brooke Forrester, Administrator
