Peter Lam , Sales Representative
Peter is a dedicated husband, father and a grandfather. During his early years, Peter was a Mariner on a oil tanker when his strong passion for boats developed; he then became a Chief Officer for a cruise ship and later on became a certified operator for a Boeing jetfoil.
In February 1989, Peter launched his career in the Toronto real estate. Being an active Sales Representative in the industry for over 20 years, Peter has accumulated hundreds of satisfied clients with his experience and expertise and many of his clients have developed friendship with Peter over the years due to his genuine and friendly personality and his sense of humor.
Vic Lam , Broker
Shortly upon graduating from University of Toronto, Vic set foot in the Toronto real estate mostly influenced by his father’s success in the industry. Vic has been a full-time real estate professional since February 2003 and shortly after that he took his real estate expertise to a higher level and obtain a Brokerage license. Working successfully side-by-side with his father, Peter Lam, the Lam Team is also well-known as “The Father and Son Team” in many family neighborhoods.
Vic is also very energetic person who cannot live without a day of playing sports. Vic is a hardcore skier who also loves golfing, tennis, basketball, volleyball & softball.
Frances Lam , Sales Representative
Upon graduating from Ryerson University, Frances has worked in many real estate-related positions and is very familiar with the different aspects of the industry including administration, marketing , negotiation and accounting.
Frances obtained her Real Estate license in 2006 and has been a dedicated full-time Salesperson since then. She enjoys the diverse nature of the real estate business, to be able to meet buyers / sellers and to provide them with the best possible services.
