Choosing a Building Inspector

Before you select your building inspector, take the following into consideration to make the right choice:

* Inspector has to have professional liability insurance covering fault, error & omission

* Uses a recognized service agreement

* Carries out the inspections according to the recommended building inspection standards

* Submits a written report including color pictures in pdf format or hard-copy


Pre - Listing Inspection

You may want to consider having your home inspected prior to placing it on the market. This will reveal any deficiencies of your property & allowing you to correct any issues before doing so, resulting in a smooth & short transaction.
