1. Improvements to your home before listing. Get the trim put up, a fresh coat of paint, clean or replace carpets and declutter.
2. Curb appeal - Buyers will not even make an appointment if they don't like the outside. Mow the grass, weed the gardens and paint the front door.
3. Professional Stager - They can be very helpful when getting your home ready for sale. Hiring an outside person who will see your home with different eyes and help set it up for views can be a worth while investment.
4. Pre Home inspection - Hiring your own inspector and having it done before listing can prepare you for any unnecessary surprises. Also any changes that maybe needed can be done sooner and not be part of negotiation when an offer is presented.
