This past June residential condominium sales reported by the Ottawa Real Estate Board increased by 11.5% in comparison to June 2017.
The increase in condo sales has been a continuing trend since the beginning of the year with an increase of 16.8% in comparison to the first six months of last year.
This is the week of March 5, 2018 and it is a Seller's market in the Ottawa Valley Region.
