Welcome to my website!

Century 21 Fiirst Canadian Corp, Inc is pleased to welcome Wanda Dawe to their Award-winning Sales Team. Wanda is eager to serve Southwestern Ontario’s residential and recreational market and Wanda’s creative, intelligent, enthusiastic and caring nature is perfect for fulfilling each client’s desires as well as skillfully featuring a property’s unique presence and character.

Raised in Newfoundland, Wanda enjoyed the numerous intangible benefits of community life in close proximity to nature’s boundless beauty and, with her move to Goderich, Ontario in 2015, she fully appreciates this region’s unsurpassed weather, culture and diversity. Wanda completed her doctoral degree in Philosophy as a mature student at University of Ottawa, Ottawa in 1998. Wanda completed several University Instructor contracts and loved teaching but ultimately chose to return to Newfoundland to launch a successful career as a Personal, Professional and Business Consultant and also owned and operated a full-service Salon/Spa serving the Avalon Peninsula. She went on to assist her clients as they pursued healthy, happy and successful lives and businesses and as owner/operator of the salon/spa, she was awarded the NLOW Entrepreneur Award of the Year, 2007 Eastern Region.

An active and connected community worker and volunteer with Hospital Foundation/Board and Schools, Wanda very much enjoyed her role as a Volunteer Television Host for the Trinity Conception Placentia Healthcare Foundation. In 2004, she created and organized “Cuts for Cancer,” an annual, worthy and successful fundraiser, continuing until 2012. She was pleased to serve a term as a Member of Avalon Health Care Institutions Board and was Vice-President of the Celebrate Canada Committee, Newfoundland and Labrador, 2-yr. term, and re-appointed for one more year. She participated in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to meet the Committee mandate of the Department of Canadian Heritage, officiated at citizenship and celebratory events throughout the year, participated in related Departmental grant evaluations and contest adjudication. Wanda is enthusiastically looking forward to similar community volunteer activity in Huron County in the coming years. Her passion and lifelong pursuit of excellence leverage her energy and enthusiasm for her new home and work, enhancing her client dedication and ensuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.
