Market Update...up, Up, UP!

A recent article in the Waterloo Region Record (June 4th,2009) reports that in Kitchener Waterloo there has been a 9.9% increase in sales over a year ago and in Cambridge 279 sales, up 7.7% from a year ago.  Also reported the average price of all homes sold in K-W in May held steady at $270,650.00, while in Cambridge the average price was @265,455.00 in May, an increase of 1.8% from a year ...
