The Real Estate Market is "off & running" in 2010. Here are the latest statistics for the Real Estate Board of Cambridge Inc. (Cambridge, Ontario)

Number of Units Sold (All Categories) for Jan '10 - 145 units / Jan '09 - 109 units or 33.0% increase.

Number of Residential Units Sold - for Jan '10 - 140 units / Jan '09 - 106 units or 32.0% increase

Average Sale Price (Residential Only) - for Jan '10 - $278,527.00 / Jan '09 - $239,405.00 or 16.3% increase, and 6.2% increase over the average sale price in Dec. '09 which was $262,099.00.
