I just love this time of year, colder nights and bright sunny days with loads of colour throughout the countryside. The market this fall has been very busy and as you can expect buyers are wanting to get into their new homes before the snow starts. What's most interesting at this time of year people don't realize the benefit of listing now vs the spring market. Not as much competition out there to compete with and things seem to move a little quicker due to the threat of winter around the corner. Now that the kids are back into school and other activities it's easier to get out and view those new listings.
At our house on Thanksgiving, we have a wonderful family that we have spent most if not all of the holiday with for the past 55 years. Now that's something to celebrate. One of the crazy things is one of the boys when asked what he thought of Thanksgiving said it was ok but would be better if there was lasagna! LOL, now we have lasagna along with turkey and the trimmings on the table.
I hope everyone enjoys the fullness of the harvest in a special way. Gathering with family and friends is a must for me.
