Wendy Lepine and Jonathan Roy were inspired to become realtors by their own experiences buying and selling homes. The result is a team with almost 40 combined years of knowledge in marketing, home renovation and improvement, and client service. Jonathan owned and operated a very successful business, Rideau Bathtub Reglazing, for 14 years. He was in several homes each day, and set only one rule for himself, and his employees – Make sure that wherever you go, you will be welcome back. He attributes his success to his courteous, and reliable service, and brings the same to his career in real estate.
Wendy feels privileged to have stayed at home to raise her children for 4 years. During this time she volunteered in the community, in both sports and academic arenas. She met many people while helping, and learned the value of finding the right community for your own family situation. Prior to her stay at home time, she worked for many years at Reader’s Digest, where she learned valuable marketing skills from leading marketing experts. These skills easily translated into real estate, and will benefit both buyers and sellers.

Personal Interests
When not helping home buyers and sellers Jon and Wendy can usually be found renovating their own home in Ottawa’s West end, or outside playing with their hyper Chocolate Lab and neurotic Border Collie. They also enjoy travelling and entertaining.
