Creekside is a stand-alone community nestled in the quiet southwest corner of town.  It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown and yet close to all amenities. Creeekside will eventually be linked to the downtown area via 54th Street.

Creekside is  easily accessible from north and south and are close to Cow Lake, Mud Lake and Strubel Lake where there is an abundance of quadding trails, swimming and campsites.

Creekside is a close-knit community where everyone knows their neighbors and looks out for each other.  Most people have built with Laebon due to the recommendation of other happy Laebon homeowners.  Some have even built their second and third homes in this neighbourhood.

Laebon is a land developer as well as a home builder therefore their communities are well planned to suit the needs of families.  Creekside boasts parks, walking trails and home sites which back onto Trappers Creek and allow for walk-out basements. Laebon strives to beautify their communities with treed boulevards and landscape packages for homeowners.  They have architectural controls where all homes confirm to a set plan and allows for a pleasing streetscape.

Laebon is a completion builder.  They require a small deposit up front with the remainder owing upon possession.  Most home builders require a draw mortgage where deposits are paid at various stages resulting in the homeowner paying additional interest fees.

In the spirit of community, Laebon Homes has offered land in Creekside to the Town of Rocky for a community vegetable garden.  This has been well received by the community.

Laebon makes buying a Laebon home easy for their homeowners by  offering gaurantee sale program to help them sell their existing home and Laebon pays your legal fees which allows their closing disbursements to be handled stress free.  Most other builders do not offer such a comprehensive package to their purchasers.

Where else can you feel like you live in the country and yet are minutes from downtown.  With an abundance of wildlife in your backyard and neighbors that feel like family.

There are several homes for sale in the Creekside  currently if you do not have time to build. Visit our website to get more information.
