After A Slow Winter Canadian Real Estate Market Warms Up With the Weather

Hardly a day went past this winter without me wondering why my family and I returned from Bermuda to this ice box of a prairie.

The "polar vortex" had a big impact on the housing market with January and February being unusually slow across the country.

The market has bounced back though as buyers have finally been able to leave their homes without fear of frostbite and look for new ones:
