This is a question we hear a lot as we approach the end of the year. It is true that the buyer traffic tends to be a bit slower as fall turns to winter, resulting in fewer showings for your home than the spring market is likely to provide. Here is the good news ; if customers are out looking at homes when the wind is howling and the snow is blowing you can be confident that they are serious about buying a home and that your home has much of what they are lookinging for in a property. The other bit of good news is that you may find yourself competing with fewer homes in your market segment at this time of year and less competition can often mean a better selling price and a shorter time on the market. If you find your self facing the question "sould we sell now or wait till spring?", remember there are some very compelling reasons why a winter sale can be less work and very rewarding !
