Brandon's Feb. MLS sales jumped by 30% month over month from 2009 ! Our active inventory remains down by almost 20% from 09 creating another sellers market. Now certainly is the time to market your home before more properties become available. With the early spring weather upon us, June and July possession dates are fast approaching.

Residential single family Real Estate sales for 2009 in Brandon provide us with some interesting statistics. The number of sales declined 8.6% from 2009. However average sale prices remained relatively constant with a marginal decline of less than 1%.
