Brandon housing statistics for May 2018 are below. I prefer to focus on the year to date figures since the monthly transaction levels can be lumpy.
What I see so far in 2018 looks almost exactly the same as 2015! Same number of transactions, same average prices, and the same average days on the market.
The one number that stands out in 2018 is the number of listings which are considerably higher.
Prices are flat for a number of years, listings are high.........must be a buyers market!
