Nowadays, pretty much every REALTOR® has a website; but not every REALTOR® has an INTERNET MARKETING STRATEGY. Our strategy begins with the "hyper-local" and stretches all the way to the global.

2. Professional Photography & Floor Plans
With almost all buyers visiting your home online before they choose whether or not they to visit it in person, a large number of professional photos of your home are a must. Never before has a first impression been so important.
3. Full Spectrum Internet Advertising & Social Media Marketing
With our large-scale internet marketing system, we expose your home to online buyers on sites like Twitter.com, Facebook.com, Castanet.net, Craigslist.com, KelownaNow.com, YouTube.com, & more. We also have pay-per-click property advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
4. Unique Property Web Address & Property Web Page
Whether driving by your home or looking for it online, potential buyers will find the info they want quickly and easily by visiting your home's custom web page via its unique Property Web Address - no frustrating "click-click-click, search, click, click-click-click..." to navigate through an agent's website to find your home.
5. Open Houses
Some agents will tell you that open houses are not effective in selling homes. There are always buyers who don't feel comfortable shopping for homes with a REALTOR® and see an open house as a non-threatening way to view a new listing. We're happy to do open houses for you when your listing is new and after significant price changes.

We understand that it's an unsettling feeling to put your property "out there" and have people come and look at it.
