Welcome to my Website

As a CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. My personal knowledge of the local Real Estate market is combined with the power of the CENTURY 21 brand - the most recognized name in Real Estate today.

Let me assist you; if you are an agent  with your real estate career or as as one of our valued clients. I love to share my understanding of the real estate business and its processes. I have been a broker owner with CENTURY 21 Lanthorn Real Estate Ltd. since 1981.

I look forward to the opportunity of meeting with you!

Understanding the real estate market

The market is influenced by global events and yet it is still insulated to some effect because of local factors. This interaction works to our benefit during a recession and against us during 'bullish' times.

To estimate the significance of global influences to your local goals depends upon many factors: stage of life, mobility, resources, personal goals, and experience. Periodically I develop workshops for investors; send an email and we can start building a new group.

On becoming a Realtor

To discuss being a realtor: Call! I have worked with many individuals over the last number of years and I do love sharing insights, as well as expectations and requirements.

Farm Boy to Realtor to Farmboy Realtor

I grew up on a mixed dairy and canning crop farm and left when the opportunity presented itself. Many of my work habits and attitudes were developed at this stage of life. I definitely developed a healthy view of our role within the whole universe; we can make a difference through good persistence but greater powers and influences than us exist, as well.

Having left the farm and school, I decided do real estate while I completed my education. 35 years later I am still immersed in both activities; the difference is that real estate has taken the primary role and my ontinued education is a commitment.
