I absolutely am dedicatated to the concepts of personal and career development. Working with me requires initiative and self determinating but it also can be very fulfilling.

The concept that " if somebody can do it, then anyone can" does not get lost on me. That, admittedly can be frustrating, but if we are innovative, often we are able to develop our own M.O; that is both unique in its approach and  ability to satify our goals.

Getting to yes is a concept that I have wrapped myself around, my expectation for those who work with me is of an open and willing approach to new ideas and a desire to persist.
