Fall CountyLicious - November 3 -26, 2011 and Wassail overlap this year
Wassail 2011 will be on November 19 and 20th; also November 26 and 27 and December 3rd and 4th this year. Come and raise your cup to the vines.!!
By Chadsey's Cairns Winery & Vineyard, who originally started Wassail in the County, will be doing their usual roasted chestnuts, East and Main Mini Beef Wellingtons, mulled reds, whites and rosés, candles through the vineyard at dusk, Fifth Town Cheese washed in their new Pinot. I've heard Richard say that if you arrive with a group "singing" you get a little bit more. Come and find out. :-)
You can also particpate in Wassail at Casa Dea Estate Winery, Closson Chase, The Devil's Wishbone, Harwood Estates, Karlo Estates, Sandbanks Estate Winery and many, many more.
