So what's a QR code ??
So over the last year or more you've come across square shaped funny looking images in advertising, on products and just about all kinds of things. What are they?
They're called QR codes. I won't go into the history and how they work. Just follow this link for more.
If you have a smart phone you can download a QR reader app from the ITunes store. They're free. So what?
Well if you have one installed on your Android or iPhone you simply turn on the QR reader, scan the image and voila... you end up at a website for such product or service.
Suddenly you know what those strange, square cubes of black and white "blotches" are all about.
In real estate you will see signs on front lawns with QR codes on them. Just scan the code and voila you're instantly transported to a website for that property. You no longer have to telephone an agent to get a price or any other detail for the house. It's all there.
