These temperatures if nothing else, wake you up in the morning and keep you alert!! BRRRR, dress warm enough and you can still take a nice walk in the sun. I did some stats for a client in mid August to see how their home compared to others in how it was selling, that was very interesting.
So decided, getting ready for the move and the year entering the last quarter that I should see what else the Stats might reveal.
Since 2008, (the last 5 years) properties in Portage have gone up an average of 45%!!!! Now that's what I call an investment. ...

Have you seen our new building yet??? Today you can come down and get a tour, cake and coffee from 10-2pm. We are at 102 Saskatchewan Ave E, right on the corner kiddy corner to City Hall. Rhonda's office has windows facing Saskatchewan Ave and Royal Rd, she can really watch the pulse of the City.

Amazing that's what I think about the weather we have been having so far this winter.
Gorgeous hoarfrost, fantastic sunrises and sunsets.
A great clear, virtually ice free, walking path around Crescent Lake. Hope you had a chance to check out the Island of Lights before it closed for the season, but of course you can still check out Campbell Place and all it's lights and the house on the Crescent ...
