Burlington, ON (October 17, 2017) – CENTURY 21 Dreams Inc. is now open in Burlington, Ontario. This marks the second location for local Owner/Broker of Record Shireen Preksta, who has owned and operated a CENTURY 21 franchise in Oakville for the past 13 years - with 33 years industry experience to her credit. The new office is in North Burlington, where there has been considerable development and growth.
“We had been thinking about the expansion for several years,” says Shireen. “Many of our Sales Representatives currently do business in Burlington, as it’s a similar market and clientele. This location will give some of our Sales Representatives the flexibility to work out of both offices."

I will continue to put emphasis on compliance and ethics in our training in order to ensure that our Sales Representatives in are well-equipped with the tools and systems they need to succeed.”
U. Gary Charlwood, Founder & Executive Chairman of Century 21 Canada, praises the long-time business owner for her dedication when it comes to supporting others. “You really do help clients make their dreams come true, and we wish you great success with your new location” says Charlwood.
“Shireen has been a longstanding and respected member of the Oakville and Burlington real estate community,” says Brian Rushton, Executive Vice-President of Century 21 Canada. “On top of that she’s been a consistent award winner with CENTURY 21 and we’re pleased to assist her to take this next step in her journey.”
